Why Should I Invest in Bonds?
Ik's other book is titled why bother with bonds? And it makes the case for bonds. You don't invest in bonds for rate of return, you look into equity if you want safety. It has been an interesting anomaly to watch the last few months, maybe the last few years. In a functioning market, the bond interest rates would be inflation plus. Maybe the market is not functioning because the fet is artificial and holding rates down.
