The world is in a very different place I do agree that I'm sort of trying to think about this about whether or not we closed the gap like there is a more evenly distributed future as you say today. The leaders are still much further ahead of us and so it's probably become actually less equal but at least at least I don't know everywhere is progressing yes. If you imagine someone like OpenAI or whoever it is eventually maybe Google already who knows suddenly achieving a super human intelligence then it doesn't matter how good the monitoring and testing pipeline of some companies can be.
