What a Holy Moment Is
For me, growing up, feeling was the same thing as suffering. The only way i could cope with things was to not feel anything. I am born into this something, whateevritise, that feels intensely and deeply. And for the first time ever, i got the taste of what a holy instant is. In me, it was such a big gift. There were no thoughts, there was no idea. And i could stay in this experience the whole afternoon, several hours. Now i come and go, but yesterday i was there, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. For some reason, i am deeply grateful that you showed me how this was not personal.
