I Can't Curse Chacunzela, I'm Your Wife
Chacunzela's father prepares to send her off to live with the king and become a real queen. The sage says, well it's too late. I've cursed her. Look, if you can show the king, one of his bits of jewelry that he's given her, then the curse will be broken. She goes down to the river Ganges where to get a blessing she dips her hands into the water and washes her head. And unbeknownst to her, as she's washing herself in the Ganges, the ring the king gave her slips off her finger and into the Ganges.
