The Social Cost of Carbon

Micheal greenstone was chief economist for the countil of economic advisers in the first year of the obomba administration. Greenstone is now back as my colleague at the university of chicago. While he was in government, one of s jobs was coming up with environmental regulations. And so his idea was to come up with a unified number called the social cost of carbon.
