Just because we see Oprah running a big successful business or the fact that Barack Obama has become president that doesn't mean that racism is solved you know no. We're entrenched in our own self-interest in ways that I don't think we always recognize and that act in ways that we don't always realize what it would be even if it's not real but a potential or perceived loss. The press model starts with P on problem awareness and then it moves to R for root cause analysis and then to E for empathy and then maybe the big payoff comes in strategy and sacrifice the last two S's yeah.

Racism is solvable, but that doesn’t mean we will solve it. To close the gap between the probable and possible, we need to have meaningful conversations.
