The Importance of a Junk Food Diet
Tim was alluding to the fact a couple of years ago he decided to put himself on a junk food diet. I eat things like frozen meals, going out for burgers and chips and fried chicken. He managed to put on about three kilos in two weeks. My blood sugars went back into the diabetic range having been perfectly healthy. His student friends were very jealous but it didn't work out quite so well for him.
