Running With a Wider Base of Support?

Running with a very narrow base of support increases the amount of pelvic drop that you have. And then also increased ne valgus down at the knee. Some people run on like a tight rope - especially trail runners, because they do a lot of single track running. So overtime, you retrain the brain to know where the foot lands in regard to the body. The other thing that you can look for is int o making sure that the person doesn't overstride and keeping a wider foot stance.
