How Do You Make Someone Into Your Mentor?
How do you make some one into a mentor? It's not always clear, as you know. I try and be quite specific about my questions that i'm looking for guidance or advice on. Or be self reflective and say, this is the thing i struggle with. And then i just say, like, do you mind, like, e, you know, having a chat? I reallynd mentorship. But then whati do is, a, i set like, a reminders in the future. He says instead of having lots of calls and feeling swamped, he likes to get back to people quickly.
