Is There a Difference Between Data Sharing and Polyglot Storage?

i wonder what's going on in the sharability of data and interoperability. I see a lot of front port being put into how do i want o share data, and what are the standards around tha right? Lik like martin famously says, just because it's a scheme tha data base, doesn't mean there's no schemer. The shema is there everywhere. We just have to figure up, how do i share that scheme and come up with like, standards of those things.
