How to Burn the Most Calories During a Workout

The way you burn the most amount of calories during a workout is just doing cardio, or turning weightlifting into a cardio event. Endurance doesn't translate into a higher metabolic burn as much as intensity does. If rather than running continuously for 60 minutes, you maybe did interval sprints. And then for the other 45 minutes, maybe you did some warm upsets and four sets of squats.
