Earn It, Earn That Reputation

There's actually a frame, alepant, for anybody who's on the video, there's a frame, i keep a frame on my desk, and it just says, earn it. It's about convincing those other people that you have something that's worth pointing to. So this is a a reminder that i keep on my desk here. Earn that trust. Earn that reputation. And i guess that's been my experience.
