The Time Design Matrix
The time design matrix is easy for anyone to apply to get to understand where they're spending their time at scale over a year, depending on what they do. When you start to use the time matrix and start looking at percentages of where you spend time, you know, I watch way more TV than I probably should. And it's hard for me to sit here by myself in this studio, shooting a podcast...I'm just talking to the world through the lens of trying to inspire them.
