For those who haven't gone through the full process of submitting, getting accepted or rejected and doing the whole peer review round trip I guess you could call it, what is this process like for someone who has done it? So you write a paper right and then you submit this paper to a venue. What ends up happening is usually you're assigned a few reviewers through a mostly automated process depends on the field.
