The Importance of Redundancy

Five men were digging a grave at a cemetery near Glenden in West Virginia. They said they saw a man-like figure fly low from the trees over their heads. The NTSB acknowledged the design of the bridge was unsafe and made regular inspections very difficult or impossible, but they assigned the blame to nobody. So yes, the locals on the other hand, assign the blame to none other than Mothman.
