Is It Likely That the Case Will Go to Appeal?
Tat lease's case is likely to go to appeal. The issues in it are so ear y, so emotionally important and of such public importance as well. I would not be at all surprised if the case has progressed further. i think maybe that's one to watch to see how the european court of human rights analyzes a case which is much closer factally analogous to the present situation.
