i've noticed big individual differences in productivity for example someone i know really well she gets a shocking number of hours of work done a day. For the vast majority of people if you can spend three productive hours free to four on something per day that's already great. Some people take longer to do it some people take more breaks and they tell themselves that's a break yeah.
