Do You Have a Training Prodocl?

The main difference is that we used o leavet athletes. It's much harder to over in elet athletes compared to recreational ones, because yeyes needa so much higher dose of training. And the usually havel really good base training. So it's hard to do that terfully. The group wi that got lots of corbohydrates, they could eat after ther interval session in the morning, so they replenished the glypian stores. And then they did like a distance ride in the afternoon. They started ther afternoon session with much lower glitin levels. But it was almost daily training in that stadit hed for five weeks.
