The owner of a restaurant near phil's warehouse told reporters that the victim had terrorized the area and that he was a skin head with a visible tattoo that said white pride. Business owners in the area started putting up signs saying their buildings were booby trap too. One of them burned down because fire fighters refused to enter it until they could etermine that it was safe. Phil plead guilty to manslaughter. He was fined 25 hundred dollars, placed on probation for six years, an orderd to pay seven thousand dollars to the family of the victim.
