What's the Future of Customer Service?
We're seeing so many parallel advances that like, you know, code, like it can write code. It's probably going to be able to work a website pretty soon. One prototype scene I saw on Twitter was somebody who trained a bot to speak in his own voice. We talk a lot about how customer service will change and where our heads always go is when you have a boss that's like chat GPT, but customized to your business.
