How to Get More Protein With Breakfast

The number one thing above everything else that I find most people are not getting enough of is to get enough protein with breakfast. Protein intake stabilizes our blood sugar levels, which sets us up for having an energized day and to avoid energy crashes in balanced hormones and impacted sleep. So we want to ensure we're getting some kind of healthy fat with breakfast as well so that could include any of those things that I just mentioned, or it could be something like Greek yogurt, nut butter, good quality olive oil, or any of those kind of things. Outside of that, we want to look at fiber and prebiotics as well.
