Sugar and refined carbohydrates are the main factors in weight loss. Avoid sweets, confectionery, biscuits, chocolates as well as fruit juices. Try and give up wheat for ahso this would be bread again, cakes, biscuits, a and pastor. If you can give up sugar and wheat without going on the diet, depend on how big you are,. How much weight you'll lose. You may lose a stone if your so just straggling a bit. But that could be the onlything you need to do. Just that sho, change your diet to give up those two things. The second thing would be oto as yo, do an exercise that you enjoy.
