The way that i tink about the market is on a valuation basis. The fact that it's still very expensive doesn't stop it at all from bouncing and going to brand new hies. I just think that the role of valuation is that gives you some sort of expectation for what you can earn over the longer run. We would say that march 20 20 was a flash crash. Not many people took advantage of it. Buffet didn't buy anything on the way down.
