How to Stop the Police in Tokyo

I've never been stopped by the police still after all these years. I want to keep it up that way. Just wanting to let it work. If you go somewhere like Adachi, then you're asking for trouble. The shady dealings are peak Donaldson. But if you do live in Tokyo, don't be surprised if the police ask you for ID at some point or another.
