The Benefits of a Book Like Baker's
Many emerging fields into disciplinary work such as information science could really use a book like this. I think very many people outside of information sciences could benefit tremendously from your talk about theory, planning research and research questions. But the reality is also that the academia itself is quite siloed. If you want to speak to other communities, do you have to go there? Because otherwise, they wouldn't even know that you exist and they wouldn't listen to you.
