Can We Ever Build a Clock That Thinks Right?

I was thinking, can we ever build a machine that thinks right? That's really the question. I don't see how even increasing the power of computers will be able to do that. We try to make models, which are never the whole truth of nature. Every model is a lie but some models explain more than others. And when you're writing fiction, you're doing something of the same kind,. Or when you're making a scientific theory, you'redoing something of thesame kind.
