The Effects of Creatine on Glycolysis

Peter Hotchachka in 1977, I believe, showed that high amounts of free creatine can actually inhibit PFK. Proton-glycolysis is the rate limiting step usually in glycolysis. So you're saying that's actually going to mess up the glucose use. Don't you say? Well, a little bit helps because you can increase use of the phosphocreatine. But metias bordered also said, well, if a little bit, it's good, more is better.
