If you don't have a good sense of how you're doing, where do you actually get that feedback? i highly recommend approaching your manager or manager s for an informal review. Just book ten minutes with them one on one to check in on how things are going. Get them to commit to specific expectations and then come up with an action plan. By having this conversation, you're actually accomplishing two important things. One, obviously, you're gettinging feedback you need to improve. But just as importantly, you're also signalling to your supervisor, hey, i'm curious, i'm dedicated. I'm committed to growing here. And that is huge.
