I don't believe the numbers, Emily. I mean, IMF is forecasting that this year we will be ahead of all the others. But broadly, it's quite hard to argue that post-Covid, our recovery has been anything other than completely flat when other countries have been soaring. We have been so far behind. So if you look at these years numbers, and I've spoken to the Chancellor about it, he is saying you must continue to invest,. even though it's really difficult economically. A Swiss-type solution that gives us no say on the rules would not work for the UK.
