"It's actually not a contradiction to have super high expectations and not do anything done," he says. "Super high expectations a lot of times can cripple you from actually doing anything." A woman we worked with, she had very lofty expectations and lofty hopes and goals but also had this weird OCD. She took all the doors off because she wanted to refinish them and get doorknobs, but she couldn't find the perfect ones. So her house existed without doors for years or doorknbs. And what she checked out and she went with the minimum viable product which was like a hanger on the inside of the book to pull the girl.
