The Most Essential Part of a Using a Tool, Is Just Seeing It Once
After a month of practising, i felt dramatically different. I had finally understood my own power to the point where i could use the tool and know and trust that i was going to do something about it. Once you start using these skills, you are actually re training your brain. And i feel like just the act of changing your behavior, it just weakens. Even if your brain is not agreeing with you, when you change your behaviour, it like weakens that interaction in your life.
