If we had been able to scale testing much earlier, it could have had a very big at on the contours of this pandemic. This was a failure of political leadership to understand that c d c wasn't going obe able to do this. We didn't really discover the community spread, or we didn't acknowledge the communty spread, until march. That could have been discovered earlier without a diagnostic test. And so it allowed the nation to get very heavily seated.
