The Pros and Cons of Adolanto

Every time a new prison was built in Adolanto, there were high hopes that it would bring enough good jobs and tax revenue to keep the city afloat. Research has shown the most small towns end up worse off economically after they build a prison. Once Stefana got older, she could have moved to any of those more prosperous towns just down the road, but she didn't. But leaving the city for work or to shop, that's the price you pay to live in an affordable city in an expensive state.
