What Are Your Company's Goals?

The very first question that i ask is, what are the top three goals or your company to accomplish this year? And i usually ask it from the ceo or c f o perspective. The purpose behind that question is that there's going to have to be money allicated to whatever my product or service is. If it doesn't fit into your company's business goals,  the odds of it in funds allocated to towards it are going to diminish.
