The Alamo

I took Texas history, Texas government twice as a class. The Alamo is the most underwhelming piece of architecture I've ever seen. For Texans and Americans, it was this moment where because they massacred everyone in the mission and they were surrounded, it inspired and rallied the troops to surprise General Santa Ana. Sam Houston did it at a turning point in the war where they pushed the Mexican army back. So but that moment was this like, oh, now we're going to actually fight together and protect our country. Remember the Alamo.
