i was really excited when i had the chance to now join the canvas ventures team. You'll often see, during these cycles, a shift towards the lmorbtob. There's not a new platform that really has ubiquity in e were hoping or thinking, maybe it's vr a r voice. A i does have a lot of potential, but actually a lot of those seem to be b to b applications right now,. But let's talk about fly homes first. Really exciting company. They are helping re invent the residential real estate transaction. For many people is the largest transaction they'll ever have in their lives. It's probably the single biggest and most expensive asset they own.
