The riders law was passed earlier this year, and i believe, came into force in august. There is actually now a collective bargainn agreement being negotiated in spain between justi, which is one of the men for delivery platforms, and to spanish unions. But there's blems as well, quite big problems. The first and most important thing is the response to the platforms has been wealth. You know that ous should bet they shold wack and so and so forth.
