Judas in the Black Messiah
There's a new movie that's out on Fred Hampton and I have not seen it yet for two reasons, first of which because I don't have time to watch anything. And the second thing is that I'm taking a page from a Africana Studies scholar who I respect greatly. The movie Judas in the Black Messiah does in some ways, at least from what I've seen, center the informant. We always have to include the infiltrator as a pivotal role. It doesn't quite sit right with me.
