You've Just Had a Great Day

The author used to imagine himself having a great day on his way into work. He would then see himself coming out of the revolving doors saying that he'd just had a great day. This could be because he was convincing himself to have a good day, or getting yourself in the right mood and frame of mind. Or it could be that you are getting information from your future self that you did have a great day - there's three possibilities.
