Is Everyone Willing to Give?

I love what you said is everyone, when you agree to give on something, it's something that everyone agreed to. And in my mind, and I think we're speaking the same thing, at least I hope, or this would be really awkward, is the fact that everyone can win in every situation. The user wins, the designer wins, the product manager wins, the engineers win, like everyone wins. There's transparency. With meekness, that ability to open yourself up to the input of others, and have that emotional and intellectual intelligence are two words for the same thing.
