Jury Returns Full Judgment to Day Imean
This was always a tough case for the prosecution. The actual verdict in this court room is a defensible one, i think. There were problems with the prosecution theory. Think of the three people that he shot. A rose chased him. One of them was attacking him with ascate. The other one attacked him with a skateboard. Those are potential grounds for self defense. That is not a terrible self defense case, and that's what the jury believed.
