Do You Have a Local CPR Policy?
If your local hospital has a written policy, you need to follow whatever that written policy is. If I don't know who these people are, and I've never met them in my entire life, because I don't have that therapeutic alliance with them,. I'm much more inclined just to walk into the CPR. Determining whether an intervention is medically reasonable or inappropriate depends on the patient's goals and values.
