God Can Work Miracles, but He Wants a Helping Hand
i believe, oh that god can work miracles, but he wants a helping hand. Jacob takes some tree branches, he calls them rods. And then as laban's flocks and herds come to water to the trought,. Sounds really weird, but jacob takes those speckled, striped, spotted rods branches, and puts them in the trough with the water. The common assumption of the day was whatever these animals are looking at when they conceive, that's probably what their offspring are going to look like. But do i believe it had anything to do with the miracles and blessings of god? You'd better believe it. This was a miracle of sorts.
