Today’s guest is David Joyce, former High Performance Manager at GWS, author of The High Performance Training For Sports and Owner/ Consultant at Synapsing. With more than two decades in high performance sport, David brings a unique perspective from a sporting and business background to solve complex problems, bridging the gap between the boardroom and playing arena. 

In this episode, David takes us through the process of writing the second edition of The High Performance Training For Sports book, the challenges and process of collating so many great minds, deep insights into being a leader and manger of multiple departments - in both sport and outside of sport, the Australian sporting landscape, the benefit of seeing the world through different practitioner lenses with his Physiotherapy and Masters in S&C degrees, adding an MBA to his toolbox of qualifications and a whole lot more.
