Mercedes Engine Team - Is That a Good Idea?

I think it's a lot more straightforward than that. James does not have a lot of upper mobility, he pretty much hits the point. He has the opportunity to become team principal at a team where there's very little downside. They already are quite bad. So I actually think that this was a pretty smart move from him. And my concern is that Williams got too over excited about the possibility of putting someone from their own driver academy and on the seat. This isn't one of my predictions. But I do wonder like, would Daniel Ricotta maybe have been a better fit for you? I think maybe. Now, I've not seen the guy drive and I'm looking forward to it
