How to Improve the Relationship With Your Engineering Teams

Don't assume that the engineers know everything you do about users and their pain points. Try to push for the adoption of a design system if your team can support it. If not, push for an open source library then document it with something like Storybook. And more often than not, they would love to collaborate with you if you give them a chance.
