Do You Use Any Sort of Metric?

We use ourselves to capture two metrics. The first is a fit metric, and that's mostly driven by i c p criteria on the company and the person. Then there's a whole set of metrics around activity and intent. And we rely less on third party intent for that. We don't have specific actiivity level to tell us how well our tools are working yet.
