Industrials and Materials Are Good Long-Term Plays

My advice would be it's the stuff that didn't work for those 10 years. Energy is a good long-term play, I think industrials and materials are probably good long- term plays. Mining stocks have been hardly out of favour but there's going to be a lot of need for the stuff that they produce. It's really going to be the users of tech rather than the creators of it that do well. We're starting to see some pressure on their margins as companies start to use this technology to do better.
