Voters in mexico went to the poles for a mid term election. The results weren't great for president andres manuel lopez oberdor, or hamlet. His ruling party lost its super majority in congress but it still has a simple majority. But losing his super majority is significant. It means amelo's party no longer has the power to change the constitution. That makes it harder to carry out his ambitious economic goals.
