What's the Dewey Decimal System?
The Dewey Decimal system remained for libraries. The most common classification system in a file drawer was alphabetical. So you just cut out the top of a card and leave a little tab, erase bit, and you'd put something down like O to Z or something like that. And usually, there's an offices, so it's the name of someone you have in correspondence with.
